I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with some ups and downs. The rooms were good enough for my needs, but cleanliness could have been better. The service was a bit lackadaisical, but they did provide us with a variety of amenities. The location was perfect, right on the beach, but the property needs some upgrades. The dining was excellent with a nice variety of American and healthy options.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy our time. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making our experience truly enjoyable. However, at times, noise from neighboring guests could be a bit bothersome. Our stay was set perfectly for a special night we will always remember, with an ocean view on a moonlit night, champagne, strawberries, and a surprise engagement. The staff was amazing and quickly resolved a minor room door issue. The rest is history, but it was a memorable experience until after 5:00. The rooms are well-appointed, simple, clean, and modern. They were very clean and neat, although the bathroom in the one-bedroom studio was a bit small.

The staff was amazing and had a small issue with my room door that was quickly resolved by Maintenance. The rooms are well-appointed, simple, clean, and modern. They were very clean and neat, although the bathroom in the one-bedroom studio was a bit small.

The staff were always friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to be kind and helpful from the concierge to the pool workers, the restaurant hostess, room cleaners, and the front office and desk staff. They set us up with chairs, umbrellas, towels at the beach, and all the offered paddleboards and sailboats for free. Services like car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance were very nice and accommodating.

Although it was a fantastic location with fabulous onsite restaurant and pool/beach access, if we return, we might choose to stay closer to Grace Bay town center.
